Experian encourages people to use their site for almost anything. However, there are three major phone numbers that you should know if you want to talk to people at Experian.
Call 1-888-397-3742 if you would like to purchase a credit report or if you have any questions regarding fraud and identity theft. Numbers 1-888-397-3742-6 (1-888-EXPERIAN) will also work. You can set up a fraud/security alert immediately for your credit with this number.
If you fraud/security about something in your recent credit report (such as inaccurate information), you will need to have a copy of your credit report.
If you need help with anything related to your member account with Experian, you should call customer service at 1-877-284-7942. Listen to the reminder and select an option for the general request (press 3). You will need to call while the Experian office is open to talking to someone. Hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 11 pm.

3. Credit bureau contact information of Trans Union
TransUnion has a number of key customer services that you can use to talk to people. That number is 1-800-916-8800. Note that a representative is only available from Monday to Thursday, 8 am to midnight ET and Friday to Sunday from 8 am to 8 pm. ET.
